Sympho's Privacy Policy describes how Sympho collects, uses, and shares your personal data.

01. Data Collection & Usage

      1.1. We store your personal information, such as Full Name, Email, and Password, in a secure way.
      1.2. We don't collect your data, all our models are already trained, we don't use your prompts to train our models.
      1.3. We don't use, sell or distribute your personal information
      1.4. You have the rights to delete your stored data from our records by deleting your account. This is the only way.

02. Account

  • 2.1. We have the right to delete your account at any time if you don't respect our terms and conditions.
  • 2.2. You don't have the rights to share your account with others, you can't invite others to use your account.

03. Plugins

  • 3.1. You can use Sympho plugins for free.
  • 3.2. You are responsible for the entered prompts.
  • 3.3. You don't have the rights to edit, or re-make our plugins at any cause.
  • 3.4. You can't sell, or distribute our plugin code.
  • 3.5. We have the rights to revoke any session if its expired, or we detect a new sign-in from another device with the same account or a violation of our terms and conditions.
  • 3.6. The installed version of the plugin in your device, is only to let you access our services through it.
  • 3.7. The only official way to install, update, or uninstall the plugins is thought the desktop app.
  • 3.8. We have the rights to block your device from installing our plugins if you didn't respect our terms and conditions.
  • 3.9. We have the rights to block your device from generating audios if you didn't respect our terms and conditions.

04. Desktop App

  • 4.1. You can use Sympho Desktop App for free.
  • 4.2. You don't have the rights to edit, or re-make our desktop app at any cause.
  • 4.3. You can't sell, or distribute our desktop app code.

05. Subscription

  • 5.1. You can cancel your subscription anytime, at least 1 day before the renew.
  • 5.2. You can upgrade, or downgrade your plan, however, the active plan will still active until the end of the current period.
  • 5.3. You have 15-days refund after the payment.
  • 5.4. If you use Gumroad membership, make sure you didn't buy more than 1 subscription.
  • 5.5. We have the rights to change the subscription price anytime we want, and you should have read the new terms and conditions before upgrading your plan.
  • 5.6. If we change the subscription plan price, and you still use the old price, then the next period you will use the new price.
  • 5.7. We have the rights to change the features of each plan, however, we will notify you with the new features before the change.
  • 5.8. We don't guarantee the quality of the generated audios, however, we try our best to make sure the quality is good enough for most use cases.

06. Refund

  • 6.1. You have 15-days refund after the payment.
  • 6.2. To request a refund, you need to provide your receipt from Gumroad or the platform used to start your subscription, and the cause of the refund.
  • 6.3. To issue a refund, you need to email us at sympho.communication@gmail.com
  • 6.4. In the case of refunds, we return the payment gateway fee minus the fee charged by our payments processor (which is not returned to us).
