Terms of use

Sympho's Terms of use describes how to use Sympho's services. Please read them carefully, by using our services you agree to the terms of use and conditions below.

01. Account

  • 1.1. You have the right to create an account per email, you can't create multiple accounts with the same email.
  • 1.2. You need to enter a valid email, however, we will send you a verification email to confirm your email.
  • 1.3. You can create a free account, however, you can't upgrade your plan once you have created an account.
  • 1.4. You can delete your account at any time you want.
  • 1.5. You can update your full name, email, and password anytime (some of those requires email verification)
  • 1.6. You can use the same account to connect on different apps, however, you can't connect to the same app and same operating system, e.g: If you signed-in on After Effects, MacOS, then you can't connect to another device on the After Effects app and same operating system (MacOS).

02. Plugins

  • 2.1. You can use Sympho plugins for free.
  • 2.2. Sympho plugins works with network connection, and requires a Sympho account.
  • 2.3. If you plan doesn't allow generated audios recovering, then you are responsible on the generated audios, so you can't recover them as we don't store them on our servers.
  • 2.4. You have the rights to start a session on each app per Operating System, e.g if you sign-in from Adobe After Effects on MacOS, you can connect to Adobe After Effects on Windows either, but you can't connect to Adobe After Effects on MacOS or Windows twice, you need to revoke a session on each of them.

03. Desktop App

  • 3.1. Sympho Desktop App works with network connection, but doesn't requires a Sympho account.
  • 3.2. Sympho Desktop App works on MacOS only for now. (Windows version is coming very soon).
  • 3.3. Sympho desktop App is self-auto updated app, by install it the first time you agree the terms and conditions, every new version is downloaded and installed automatically.

04. Quota

  • 4.1. Your monthly Sound Effects seconds will be renewed automatically each first of month at midnight (UTC+1).
  • 4.2. Your monthly text-to-speech characters count will be renewed automatically each first of month at midnight (UTC+1).
  • 4.3. If you've reached your monthly quota, you can either upgrade your plan, or wait until the next month.
  • 4.4. If one of our services are unavailable, you need to wait until the problem fixed, whatever the issue is, service maintenance or down-time.

05. Contact us

  • 5.1. Before contact us, make sure you have read our documentation, and didn't find any solution to your problem.
  • 5.2. If you've faced any problem, you have the right to contact us, one of our agent will be happy to help you.
